Junior Support Engineer Haarlem, 40 hours a week
The Junior Support Engineer supplies technical support to event organisations and their exhibitors. Responsible for the installation of software both at the N200|GES office in Haarlem and out on location, the Junior Support Engineer is the first line contact for supporting technical queries via email or telephone.
Work activities will be in the Netherlands and abroad and can take place outside of standard office hours.
What we ask from you?
Minimum MBO education, Niveau 4
Excellent spoken and written Dutch
Good spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Knowledge and experience with Linux Systems
Work experience in a similar function
Excellent communication skills
