    N200 is famous for its usability. You determine what information you need from your visitors and what you want your pages to look like. Add images and personally design your e-mails and invitations.  After your registration module has gone live and visitors are registering, they will automatically receive a voucher with a personalised bar code through e-mail.

  • TICKET SALES

    Setting up an online ticketing system has never been this easy. N200 takes care of the complex and time-consuming online payment process. Managing payments, drafting invoices, keeping track of the books – it’s all done for you. 

    It’s also user-friendly for your visitors: they simply buy their ticket through the payment method(s) you’ve chosen to offer. After the payment is authorised, they will automatically receive an e-mail containing an e-ticket.

    One of the greatest advantages when using N200 e-ticketing is a better cash flow – the money goes straight to your bank account, without interference form N200. Quick, cheap and simple.

  • MANAGING YOUR DATABASE

One of the great advantages of N200 Enter is its modular set-up. We have developed modules with supplementary functions for almost every requirement that organizers might have in this area. Currently, the following modules are available:

  • Registration Partner

    The Registration Partner module gives exhibitors the option to invite business relations via invitation cards, their own websites or via their own e-mail newsletter. With this module you will support your exhibitors and increase exposure by using your exhibitors’ networks and channels.

    The module enables fast and easy integration of your registration pages on your exhibitors’ websites, in their e-mail newsletters, their email signatures or via codes on invitation cards. N200 Enter keeps track of replies for each referring exhibitor. The exhibitor can login and view or download the data of all those who registered via his website.

  • Matching

    In order to get the most out of the event, we have developed a user-friendly way of matching your exhibitors and visitors BEFORE the event takes place. The system can automatically match people and/ or organisations at any given moment.

    Benefit of this is that it helps the (usually busy) visitor to plan their visit ahead, saving them time that they’d rather not waste in large exhibition halls that are difficult to oversee. At the same time, it generates viable leads for your exhibitors.

  • Shop

    Setting up an online ticketing system can be a complicated and time-consuming endeavour. Managing payments and transfers, administrative fuss; it’s only the tip of the iceberg.

    N200 is happy to take all this complex stuff out of your hands. Invoicing, tracking transfers, it is all done for you. You will also experience a better cash flow as the money goes straight to your account – no intervening from N200 there. Quick, safe and simple.

  • Advanced E-Commerce

    Advanced e-commerce links the ticket sales to other ticket services. For instance, when a customer buys a ticket for a camping and caravan trade fair, the system will offer tickets for related products. This could be a holiday fair, or a train ticket or a discount on a cup of coffee, depending on the customer profile and the collaboration with exhibitors or other media partners; who can also be incentivised to sell tickets directly through their own activities.

    Using the track-and-trace system, event organisers know which tickets are purchased by a customer, which promotions and events are successful, and which partner generated the sale. Thanks to Advanced e-commerce, exhibition organisers have more control, a better overview of online ticket sales and the chance to generate more ticket sales with considerable savings in cost.

    The main feature of Advanced e-commerce is that event organisers can set up and manage discounts and promotions in no time at all. One option for instance is to offer two tickets for the price of one if a customer makes his purchase via a certain website. Or a customer gets a free ticket if he registers via the exhibitor. The strength and intelligence of the Advanced e-commerce module offers event organisers the opportunity to make different offers via different channels. Exhibitors and other media partners can also be empowered to tailor offers specifically to their contacts and customers, which in turn strengthens the relationship and commitment  between the parties.

  • Email Marketing

    An email campaign is a proven method to increase pre-registrations. The e-mail Marketing module will help you to set up such campaigns. It allows you to inform people about an event and invite them with personalized, automatically generated broadcast emails.

    E-mail Marketing makes inviting people who visited a previous edition of a trade fair very easy. Just select last year's visitors and send these potential visitors an automatically generated e-mail that contains a hotlink for registration. All the visitors have to do to complete their registration is to verify whether their name and address data are correct.

  • Social Media

    With our social media integration possibilities, N200 Enter allows quick registration through for instance LinkedIn. In order to obtain a voucher for the event, potential visitors do not have to go through lengthy forms anymore. By clicking the LinkedIn button, their forms will be automatically pre-filled with whichever data they have put in their LinkedIn profile. 

    Also, you can get through to you visitors’ facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter network with a few clicks only. As soon as the visitor clicks on the button of his or her favourite medium, their friend network is automatically informed of the intended visit to your event.

  • Data Quality

    The Data Quality module enables you to increase the quality of the gathered data and eases entering data for visitors. This is important in good visitor contacts. Data Quality compares the data entered with an extensive and high-quality data file, it makes corrections wherever necessary,and standardizes address data. Currently we have data from the following countries integrated: Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria and Finland

  • On demand marketing

    These days, a vast part of communication takes place through the internet. And yet still – or maybe because of that – personal ‘snail mail’, a printed letter or card falling through the actual letter box, is much appreciated. 

    On Demand Marketing Platform is a module where your exhibitors can send invitations through mail; but without the fuss that it usually involves. The process is fully automated; no more printing and post jobs of physical cards, Let alone having to throw away the vast amounts you usually have left after your event.  Poor trees.

    None of this anymore: the module fulfills your exhibitors’ needs on specific demand only – hence the name of the tool. Your exhibitor can personalize (only the parts you allow them) the invitation online, upload data, accept proof  and the cards will be printed and sent straight away through TNT Post (world wide). You will never even see the physical card itself (unless you really want to) and still you have exact insight into how many cards were printed, sent and the ROI of it.

  • Service Center

    Organizers are often contacted by visitors with a multitude of questions and requests regarding modifications to registration data, cancellations, confirmations, and so on. The Service Center module will enable you to handle such questions quickly and efficiently. You can check, modify and export registration data, send new admission tickets and make queries.

  • Staff

    Issuing personal badges to all individual staff members at the fair or event is labourintensive work – entering stand personnel, modifying data, and what not. The Staff module will do the work for you. The exhibitor can log in on-line, verify his business data and enter the data of his staff members. The exhibitor will automatically receive a confirmation message with personal barcodes for each individual staff member. The barcodes can be scanned at the event with the N200 EventBox, after which the badges are printed immediately.

  • Group registration

    Do you want to have the option to register partners, colleagues or groups all in one go? The Group Registration module allows visitors to register as many registrations as you like on one address. The visitor will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with personal barcodes for each registered individual. At the event, the barcode can be scanned with the N200
    EventBox and badges are printed immediately, if required.

  • Verification

    If you don’t want just anybody to be able to register for your event, you can easily set up verification. This can be compared to joining a LinkedIn group; sometimes the creator of the group will have to authorize your membership before you are let in.

    If verified, the visitor will receive a voucher. If not, he or she will get an e-mail including a message that their request has been declined. By using this module, you are in complete control of your registrations. You determine whether the applicant belongs to your target audience or not. 

  • Central visitor database

    When using N200 - event if you manage multiple events - you will have one overall database only. Let’s repeat that: one big database for all your separate events. Sounds great huh?

    And it is! Because you will only have to deal with one file, it’s easy to make advanced selections and reports. Say, you want to determine a target group for a brand new event. Simply put in the criteria and your contacts that fit the description will be selected automatically.

    It’s also possible to generate reports based on any conditions you want. How many CEO’s were at the event? Or how many people came by train? The possibilities are endless, depending on how you have set up your event from the start (which questions did you ask?).

  • iPhone / Android app

    The N200 App enables trade fair organisers to inform and hold on to visitors. One of the options of the application for instance is publication of the conference programme, the floor plans and lists of exhibitors and visitors. It also shows the press releases, videos and photos, and it enables visitors to contact each other via Facebook and Twitter. Thanks to the N200 App, it is now possible to communicate with visitors, not only during, but also before and after the trade fair. The applications creates commitment, builds relationships among visitors and as such reduces the chances of no-shows.

    Another advantage of the N200 App is that trade fair organisers can easily and inexpensively adjust the application to their personal wishes and needs. The app consists of a number of fixed items and flexible elements, the contents and style of which can be changed by the organiser to suit their needs.
