KLM

"Once every 5 years KLM is organizing Open Days. Employees of the airline and their family members and friends can have a look behind the scenes at KLM. A total of 35,000 visitors attend, spread over 2 days. As the event is being held at Schiphol Airport security regulations for the visitors are quite stringent. Consequently, requirements are high concerning the registration and check-in of the visitors.

During the KLM Open Days N200 arranged the registration and check-in of our visitors. The solutions offered by N200 were just what we needed.  N200 was able to meet our consecutive demands concerning the security of the event. N200 even came up with solutions for problems surrounding the dispatch of the free train tickets, something which does not even count amongst their core business activities. N200 can find a solution for every sort of problem, quickly and with care.

VNU EXHIBITIONS EUROPE

After a successful pilot with the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs 2010 VNU Exhibitions Europe decided to insource the visitor registration for all their consumer fairs, using a N200 Enter licence. Meanwhile, N200 Enter will be used at all consumer events. Besides consumer fairs VNU Exhibitions Europe has been organising more than 50 trade fairs in The Netherlands and abroad since 1916.
